The Fast Track II
Omschrijving
I feel like I am on the right track career-wise. I have a clear perspective on where I want to go, what I need to do to get there, and I'm well on my way. To be clear, I am not a full-time trainer and do not intend to become one. Currently, I am head of Data Strategy & Analytics at a large Belgian Telco, and the youngest in our company top 100. Rather than focusing 100% of my attention on doing well for myself, I want to spend a small percentage on "taking others with me".
My intention for "The Fast Track"
I noticed that people who are successful in business often write extremely useful books at the end of their career (many of which I have read) but not as they were going through it, and I have not come across many "teachers" who are actually outperforming at work themselves at the time of their teaching (or sometimes at any point in time even). I intend to share what I learn along the way rather than after arriving at my destination. This book is the second in a series I intend to add to as my own career progresses.
My hope
My hope is that some of you find this helpful in the here and now, and I would feel tremendous joy in knowing that this could have a positive impact on some of your careers as we go through this together. And if things don't go as planned for me, you'll all be able to understand why and avoid my mistakes.
